No guarantee of lending outcomes
We do not guarantee that any lender will approve an application, or any particular rate, fee level, loan amount or completion date. Lending decisions are made by the lender after assessing the borrower, the property and the proposed exit.
Broker, not a lender
Vortex Finance is a credit broker, not a lender. We do not lend money. We introduce borrowers to lenders and arrange finance on their behalf. Any finance agreement you enter into is between you and the lender on the lender's terms.
